Maratha quota activist Manoj Jarange Patil has launched his ninth indefinite hunger strike in Antarwali Sarati village. Despite intense heat, Patil is protesting in the open without shelter, demanding the implementation of the draft notification to grant Kunbi certificates to the 'sage soyare' of Maratha community members.
