Uphaar fire victims' group says lessons still missing

The Uphaar tragedy victims' association held its annual havan and shanti paath at Green Park, near the former cinema, marking the 1997 fire that killed 59 people. Seventy‑two years later, members said no meaningful lessons have been learned and safety reforms remain inadequate.
