A 28-year-old man was killed when his two-wheeler was struck by a car linked to Tamil Nadu Minister Jagadeeswari on the Trichy-Chennai National Highway early Monday. The car's driver, Chinna Agni, has been arrested for negligent driving. The minister was traveling in a separate vehicle with family at the time. The victim was heading home from a temple festival when the accident occurred.
