LPG refill booking interval reduced to 25 days for rural consumers

The Ministry of Consumer Affairs has confirmed that LPG refill booking intervals have been cut to 25 days for rural consumers as well. Minister of State Suresh Gopi announced that this change follows a considerable reduction in refill backlogs. The policy aims to streamline cylinder distribution and improve accessibility for rural households. This extension brings rural consumers in line with existing urban booking norms, facilitating easier and more frequent LPG refills.
