Man Paraded Shirtless With Noose Over ₹30K Dispute in Vizianagaram

A 30-year-old man was confined overnight in a mechanic's shed and assaulted before being paraded shirtless with a noose around his neck at Ramachandra Rajupeta in Vizianagaram, police say. The victim was allegedly targeted over a ₹30,000 dispute. Police have registered a case and are investigating the incident to identify the perpetrators responsible for this humiliation and assault.
