Paralysed at 18, Esme Gummer completes 5,000-km run in 99 days

Esmée Gummer, who suffered paralysis after surgery at age 18, has successfully completed a 5,000-km run across the UK and Ireland. She achieved this feat over 99 consecutive days to promote inclusivity in sports. Additionally, she established 76 running clubs that engaged nearly 6,700 participants, highlighting her commitment to accessible fitness for all communities.
