Tamil Nadu to Establish 30 New Special Courts
The Tamil Nadu government has announced the creation of 26 new POCSO Act courts and four NDPS courts. This expansion aims to strengthen the judicial infrastructure across 47 police districts. With this addition, the state will now operate a total of 52 special courts to expedite justice for victims of sexual offenses and narcotics-related crimes.
