Texas' new 1,700-acre state park to stay rugged with remote Frio River access

Texas park authorities are developing Bear Creek State Park on a newly acquired ranch spanning approximately 1,700 acres. The park will offer backcountry trails and restricted vehicle access to protect delicate ecosystems and preserve pristine night skies.
