Woman murdered in Guwahati; husband surrenders after head found

A 25-year-old married woman was allegedly murdered in Guwahati's Basisthapur area. Her severed head was discovered packed in a polythene bag inside a refrigerator, with fingers also severed. Investigators identified her husband, Ramanujan Goswami, as the prime accused. He surrendered to police and confessed to the crime approximately 48 hours after the killing occurred.
