Congress Demands Scrapping Agnipath Scheme and Permanent Posting for Agniveers

The Congress party has officially demanded the immediate cancellation of the Agnipath military recruitment scheme. Leaders alleged that the policy has severely weakened national security and created a shortage of over two lakh soldiers. They are now pushing for permanent postings for all Agniveers to restore the strength of the armed forces.
