Fisherfolk protest proposed Tamil Nadu Secretariat site at Pattinapakkam

The Mylai Area All Fishing Village Panchayat Sabha has formally petitioned Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay to scrap the proposed Secretariat complex at Pattinapakkam. Fisherfolk are demanding the land be repurposed for long-term housing instead.
