Habitual Offender Jailed Under KAAPA in Pantheerankavu

A 40-year-old habitual offender currently in judicial custody has been detained under the Kerala Anti-Social Activities Prevention Act. The suspect was previously arrested for allegedly stealing a two-wheeler parked outside a textile showroom in Pantheerankavu. Authorities invoked the stringent KAAPA provisions to curb recurring criminal activities in the region.
