Hollie Tang, a student from Wilson High School, developed "Tonguage," a system allowing device control via tongue movements and eye blinks. This innovative technology aims to empower individuals with disabilities. Tang won a $10,000 scholarship at the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair in Phoenix for her work.
