Jharkhand: Minor Girl Gangraped in Palamu District by Three
A 16-year-old girl was allegedly gangraped by an e-rickshaw driver and two others in Jharkhand's Palamu district while returning home. The victim had gone to meet her boyfriend whose marriage was arranged elsewhere. Local police promptly arrested three suspects based on her statement and charged them under the BNS and POCSO Act.
