Telangana CM seeks regular talks with Maharashtra on Tummidihatti barrage

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has directed officials to initiate regular discussions with the Maharashtra government regarding the Tummidihatti barrage project. The state government is prepared to deposit compensation for submergence areas into a joint account to facilitate progress. This initiative aims to resolve long-standing inter-state water disputes and expedite regional irrigation development.
