Telangana Minister Sridhar Babu seeks Central support for industrial projects

Telangana IT and Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu met Union Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal in New Delhi to seek central support for key state projects. The proposals include a logistics hub in Zaheerabad, plug-and-play industrial parks across Telangana, a multi-modal logistics park in Manoharabad, and sanction of an aero-defence corridor. The state is pitching these projects to attract investment, generate employment, and strengthen Telangana's industrial and defence manufacturing base. Central approval would accelerate the proposed infrastructure and defence ecosystem.
