Bombay HC Grants Relief to US Citizen Imran Khan Over Protest

The court noted that Overseas Citizens of India do not possess the same rights as Indian citizens, particularly concerning demonstrations. The Centre had previously issued a Leave India Notice, asserting its statutory power to expel foreign nationals.
