Kansas Burger Stand Wins Court Fight Over Hamburger UFO Mural

A federal appeals court has ruled in favor of Cozy Inn owner Steve Howard in a dispute over a proposed mural. The City of Salina had previously classified the artwork as an illegal commercial sign. The court determined this classification violated Howard's First Amendment rights. The historic restaurant can now proceed with completing the unique hamburger UFO mural on its exterior wall.
