Karnataka allocates ₹10,000 crore for rural road development
Karnataka Minister Eshwar Khandre announced a ₹10,000 crore allocation for rural road infrastructure development across the state. Additionally, the government has earmarked ₹306 crore to improve rural drinking water facilities. Officials also indicated that Taluk and Zilla Panchayat elections are likely to be held by the second week of January.
